It's not perfect, but It's nice
Our experience here was good. The fine sea views complemented the festive Christmas decorations. The staff were friendly, our stay was enjoyable. The food was excellent, and breakfast had a wonderful variety. Despite some minor room issues, we would definitely return for the experience.

The room was spacious, and I loved the comfy bed. Plus, there were large windows with an amazing sea view, perfect for chilling. It also had a decent-sized bathroom with all the essentials. I appreciated that it was warm enough with ample heaters since it was chilly outside. Just wish it had a mini-fridge for snacks!

Excellent location with fine facilities and helpful staff. Breakfast is a real treat and the service is of a very high standard.
Lack of air-conditioning in the bedroom and awkward to use in-bath shower.

Couple looking for a tranquil getaway
The heated outdoor pool was a highlight for us, relaxing under the stars while we listened to the sound of waves! Especially at dinner, where we enjoyed some delicious meals and great music in the bar area on Sunday night....

Frendly staff, good beach, good inside play area for toddlers breakfast and general service
Did not like 5pm deadline for children under 5years regarding eating in the restaurant. This effectively meant we ate elsewhere every night as we have a 14 month baby and did not want to leave him with a baby sitter whom is not employed by the hotel. No mention of thie above in Booked.net. The bedroom was good quality with the exception of the sound insulation which was poor. People could be heard through the Walls, ceiling, and the lightweight door to the corridor. You can buy those cheap doors at your local builders merchants for £35.00. Most hotels of 4star ratings have heavy 30/60minute fire doors at 3rd floor level with good sound absorption quality. The photos on the Internet do not show the road directly in front of the hotel between the picture of the garden and hotel front. There was no mention of the intrusive building works to the rear with the hotel or Booked.net. Starting at 8am through till 6pm on the build of the new swimming pool and gym using a tall overhead crane within meters of the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel for a toddler as there is a 25ft drop to the beach from the front garden and although it is fenced it is inadequate as far as a small child is concerned.
